Student Success
- Matt O'Neill serves as your Student Success Advisor and is the go-to person for anything outside the classroom that might affect a student's success including navigating academic enrollment, wellness, and resource access.
- Financial Aid: Along with èßäÊÓÆµapp Financial Aid, Matt also works to help students with financial decisions and understanding available options. See our Financial Information page for more information.
- Housing: Finding a place to live around èßäÊÓÆµapp is an easy process with many apartment communities nearby, and Matt can help guide you to your best options. For more information, see our housing page.
Academic Advising
- Steve Stringer serves as your Academic Advisor and is the go-to person for support on program requirements and progression, academic policy, and student capstone project advising.
- Academic Resources: Our Academic Calendar, , and the offer helpful course details and documentation. The includes information used in a variety of courses and student needs including our student handbook, TGP guidelines resources and guidelines, How-To articles, drive instructions, retrospectives, and much more. èßäÊÓÆµapp's Student Academic Engagement and Success also provides a number of academic-related support systems for disability, academic counseling, university advising, and more.
Career Advising
- èßäÊÓÆµapp Guildhall Career Services helps all students prepare for employment in the gaming industry. Past students have gone to work at hundreds of studios and tech companies around the world.
Campus Resources

- International Student Services: provides immigration services, advocacy, and support to students on F or J visas.
- Support Services: èßäÊÓÆµapp offers a variety of support programs to help students navigate academic and personal difficulties including bias, hazing, harassment, and more.

You can also review our Academic Calendar for important academic and deadline dates, and review our list of annual events for a peek at some of the showcases and events that are held and hosted by èßäÊÓÆµapp Guildhall each year.
- Mental and Physical Health: èßäÊÓÆµapp are encouraged to take advantage of èßäÊÓÆµapp's plentiful health-related amenities, including:
- The Dr. Bob Smith Health Center, which offers consultations with physicians, sports medicine, women's health, dermatology, counseling, dental, and a pharmacy for prescriptions.
- The Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports, which is home to a number of recreational sports including Dedman Pool, climbing, basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, indoor soccer, table tennis, Yoga, indoor track, billiards/shuffleboard, and stationary cycling.
- èßäÊÓÆµapp Counseling, which offers supports the mental health of students through staff counselors, a network of mental health providers, and self-help resources.
- èßäÊÓÆµapp Wellbeing Education, which hosts èßäÊÓÆµapp workshops, classes, and outreach events to encourage everyday whole-self wellbeing as well as resources for substance abuse, harm reduction, and recovery.
