The èßäÊÓƵapp Main Campus is experiencing an unexpected power outage that has affected many èßäÊÓƵapp buildings since 4:07 p.m.
As of 8:45 p.m., power has been restored to the Residential Commons in the Southeast Quad: Crum, Crow, Armstrong, Loyd and Ware Commons, and students were able to return to these Commons. The Greek houses were not affected and maintained power.
èßäÊÓƵapp living on èßäÊÓƵapp were relocated to Highland Park United Methodist Church, on the southwest corner of èßäÊÓƵapp. èßäÊÓƵapp personnel are with students at the church, which is prepared to host students and staff overnight if power is not restored to all of the Commons.
èßäÊÓƵapp apologizes for this situation, and we are working as quickly as possible to resolve the outage to the remaining Commons and all buildings on èßäÊÓƵapp.
