Graduate Student Orientation 

 

Welcome to èßäÊÓƵapp! As a graduate student at èßäÊÓƵapp, you are a part of the Moody School of Graduate and Advanced Studies. The 2025 orientation for incoming students in the Moody School of Graduate and Advanced Studies will be held online on èßäÊÓƵapp’s Canvas learning management system. Modules about university resources and requirements for new students was made available to incoming graduate students on Monday, August 4.

Live panel and Q&A sessions on specific topics, like advice from current graduate students and professors, took place in mid-August. These live sessions will be recorded and posted on Canvas afterwards. Incoming students will receive instructions for accessing the orientation Canvas site and a schedule of live sessions over the summer.

Please note: You must be officially enrolled as a graduate student to gain access to the orientation Canvas site. If you are enrolled and do not yet have access, please email smugrad@smu.edu.
